Getting Here
By Car
From Sheikh Zayed Road, take the Downtown Dubai exit. Follow Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard — Boulevard Plaza is on the left, between Dubai Mall and the Address Downtown hotel. Visitor parking is in Green Parking, opposite Emaar Square 3 via the service road.
By Metro
Take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station. Use the pedestrian walkway toward Dubai Mall, then exit at the boulevard level. Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 is a 5-minute walk along the boulevard. Look for the twin towers opposite Fashion Avenue.
By Taxi or Ride-Share
Tell your driver "Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai" or share the Google Maps pin. Drop-off is at the main tower entrance on Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard. Take the elevator to Floor 23, Office 2301.
